I thought with a name brand no modification would be needed. The lights are great quality. Install is going to take some time. First the plugs needed the plastic cut back 1/4 inch to get them to lock into the factory female plugs. Then they lights themselves do not fit deep enough in the headlight bucket to fit the retaining/trim ring on. The aluminum ears on the bucket need to be cut back anywhere from 1/8 to 1/4 inch. (I used a 90° die grinder with a 80 grit 3m pad on it) After mods it all went together and looks great! (This is on a 2011 fat bob with factory headlight)

Ok, first off these look amazing and are solid. Yes the fitment is a little wonky but take your time. Get frustrated? Walk away. Once you snap in plugs (its a pain, I used channel locks) they will feel loose, I used some simple zip ties and looped them around the plug for peace of mind. The most frustrating part is the small screws to put trim ring back on they are too short, you can smash them in to try to catch or just go to Lowes and buy 3/4 inch screws. DO NOT over tighten the trim ring or you will deform it; alternate between the two sides till you are confident its not going anywhere. Any questions? Call Hogworkz, they have amazing technical support guys who will answer any questions. Wish I could post a pic to show you how they look and how I did zip ties.

Bought these on HogWorkz... They are amazing. Super bright and easy to install. Had no issues. Oncoming traffic will DEFINITELY notice you. Blacked out look is perfect for my blacked out Fat Bob.

Had to use a Dremel to modify headlight housing to fit 2012 FXDF. They do look pretty sick though.

Decent lights but the plugs did not work and I had to do some work to get them to actually fit in the light housing.
