Bell Star Mips DLX Fasthouse Victory Circle Helmet

The Bell Star MIPS DLX Helmet has a Lightweight TriMatrix Composite Shell which is constructed of Aramid, Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass which is a strong and lightweight as a full carbon fiber helmet, but at a friendlier price. The Star MIPS DLX also features the "Multi-Directional Impact Protection System", also known as MIPS. Using four elastomeric bands that connect it to the outer liner, providing a few millimeters of movement in all directions. The slip plane acts much like the brains own protection system, allowing the head to rotate inside the helmet which reduces the amount of energy transferred to or from the helmet.
