100% Satisfaction
It's just this simple We have a simple business policy: If you'e not 100%
satisfied with our products, we will credit your account or refund your money.
Just return the part to us in like-new condition within 120 days from the date
of invoice, and we'll refund the full purchase price (except for return and
original shipping charges, which aren't refundable). This includes
manufacturers' defects on electrical parts. Exceptions to this policy are
listed below.

Special Warranty Information |
| Used and Damaged Parts: Any part which, in our
opinion, shows evidence of being used or installed contrary to manufacturer’s
instructions, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or return
shipping by the customer, will not be eligible for exchange, refund or warranty
consideration. Note: Use of the pre-paid return label is for your convenience
only. Cost of return shipping ( for continental U.S. the fee is; $7.99 for
items less than 20 lbs and $9.99 for items over 20 lbs and oversized packages -
for example exhaust pipes, seats, windsheilds etc.) will be deducted from any
credit or refund.We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% or
refuse any exceptions. For defective parts, or those shipped in error, return
shipping charges will be refunded in full. Remember, we cannot return products
to our suppliers or re-sell them to other customers if you damage them when
installing. Be careful.

Exhaust Pipes and Mufflers: There is no warranty on exhaust pipes and
mufflers with regard to discoloration. Blueing or discoloration is caused by
tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburetor jetting, overheating, and so
forth, and is NOT caused by defective manufacturing. Once you have started your
motorcycle, there is no refund on exhaust pipes and mufflers, except in the
case of a manufacturing defect.

Gas Tanks: It is necessary to use a gas tank sealer (J&P® product
#720-469) with new gas tanks in order for your warranty to be valid. We
strongly recommend that all gas tanks be fitted, pressure-tested and sealed
BEFORE painting in order to eliminate potential problems.

|
Seats/Saddlebags: Seats, once mounted, cannot be returned. Returned
seats and saddlebags must be in like-new condition, with no evidence of wear or
mount marks. We cannot re-sell a used seat or saddlebag to another customer, so
please be careful before mounting your new seat or saddlebag to check fitment.

| CD's, Audio Cassettes, Video Tapes &
Software: Once opened, CD's, audio casettes, video tapes and software
cannot be returned unless defective.

| All prices and descriptions contained in this catalog are
subject to change without notice. Suggested retail prices listed in distributor
catalogs may vary from J&P Cycles® retail prices. Items can be
withdrawn from sale at any time. This is because we cannot control price
increases from our distributors (we will not charge you the increased price
without notifying you first). We are not responsible for typographical errors.
WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SUBSTITUTE PRODUCTS IN THIS CATALOG FOR COMPARABLE OR
LIKE ITEMS. Any item withdrawn from sale, which required a down payment, is

To speed your order and make your purchase as easy as possible, please make
note of your motorcycle’s model description and year. It’s also a good idea to
keep a record of modifications you made in the past that might affect the
fitment of new parts. Have your credit card ready. Be sure of the card’s
billing address and your shipping address. Finally, be ready to give your
customer service representative your customer number and catalog key code found
on the back cover of your catalog.
FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: For your security, first time orders may not be paid by
C.O.D. There is a waiting period of 30 days before a second order can be placed
by C.O.D.

All of the products in this catalog, plus thousands more, are available for
purchase online. We offer a secured environment for your privacy and

Ordering by Fax
Fax your orders 24-hours worldwide to 1-319-462-4283 You may order by fax from
anywhere in the world. Fill out the order form completely with credit card
number, expiration date and sign. Include a phone number and fax number or
email address! Forms without a signature will be returned.
Special Orders
If you want a product not listed in the J&P Cycles® Catalog, we will
try to find it for you. All parts with a retail cost of $750.00 or higher will
require a 50% down payment. All motors require payment in full at the time of
order. If an order requiring a down payment is cancelled, a 10% restocking fee
may be deducted from the down payment. There are no returns allowed on special
orders.

return shipping! Discounts cannot be combined with other offers.
Credit Card Security Information
Due to growing credit card fraud, J&P® will ask you to provide the customer
service phone number and 3-digit CVC code found on the back of your credit
card. This is strictly for verification only. All such information is kept
confidential. All first time orders must be shipped to the billing address for
the first 30 days. First-time international customers must fax to us the top
portion of their most recent billing statement showing name, billing address
and credit card number before orders can ship.
Check-by-Phone
Check-By-Phone speeds your Electronic Funds Transfer. Beside your account and
bank routing numbers (from the bottom of your check), we will need the next
check number, street address, telephone number, driver’s license number,
birthdate and issuing state. These orders can often ship the same day.
$5,000.00 maxiumum order.
By Mail
Use personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Do not send cash!
Personal checks must have your name, and address preprinted. Also include
street address and phone, handwritten if necesssary. Without a street address
and phone, or in the case of new account "starter" checks, orders will be held
11 business days for clearance. Once your order and payment is received, please
allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, based on availability of parts. If
ordering by mail, it is a good idea to call customer service for current
pricing. Call 1-800-338-1747 (U.S. or Canada); 1-319-462-4817
(internationally).
C.O.D. Purchases
FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: For your security, first time orders may not be paid by
C.O.D. There is a waiting period of 30 days before a second order can be placed
by C.O.D. If you wish to pay for your order when it reaches you, you will be
billed an additional $10.00 for collection fees. C.O.D. orders are limited to a
maximum of $500. Because UPS no longer accepts cash payments, you must have a
money order or certified check ready when your driver attempts delivery. C.O.D.
orders cannot be shipped through the United States Postal Service (USPS).
C.O.D. packages returned to us or refused may result in your name being removed
from our mailing list permanently. For your convenience, C.O.D. packages can be
shipped to your work address. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available on first time
orders, or in the state of California (due to large amount of counterfeit money
orders).

| Shipping, Delivery and Returns |

Shipping
Most orders ship UPS ground unless specified otherwise. Orders under 5 lbs. and
less than $150.00 in value may be shipped Priority Mail (U.S. Postal Service).
We must have a street address or "911" rural route address. UPS will not
deliver to Post Office boxes. NO FREE SHIPPING ON AIR ORDERS.
UPS Next Day Delivery; We must receive your order by 4:00 p.m. Central
Time. Next Day is offered only in the continental U.S. and is not available for
C.O.D. shipment.
UPS 2nd Day Air; gets your order to you within two days (including
Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico). Next Day/2nd Day delivery does not include
weekends, except for special higher-cost Saturday delivery.
UPS 3-Day Select Delivery; gets your order to you
within 3 business days. We must receive your order by 4:00 p.m. Central
Time. This service is only offered in the continental U.S.
UPS Saturday Delivery; means parts ordered Friday by 4:00 p.m. Central
Time may arrive by 3:30 p.m. Saturday, although delivery is not guaranteed by
UPS. There is an extra $12.50 per package charge in addition to the next day
delivery charge for this service. This service is available from 4 p.m.
Thursday through 4 p.m. Friday. (No C.O.D.s; not available in all areas.)

Shipping Charges
No minimum order is required and no order is too small for us to fill and ship.
See the chart of shipping charges below for ground packages in the continental
United States. Shipping costs to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands and
Puerto Rico (1st Class or 2nd Day Air only) are based on weight and size of
merchandise, with a $10.00 minimum. We do not pay freight on bike lifts,
engines, extra wide bike ramps or trailers. Bike lifts: $25.00 shipping fee.
Trailers: $250.00 freight charge. All complete motors: $100.00 shipping fee.
Extra wide bike ramps: $50.00 shipping fee. Rolling chassis kits: $175 freight
charge. All charges are continental USA only. Higher rates apply to other
destinations.

We pay the cost of UPS or USPS ground shipping in the continental United States

Delivery is based on availability of parts. Please allow 7 to 10 working days
(not including Saturday or Sunday) for delivery of orders within the U.S.

International Shipping
First-time international customers must fax to us the top portion of their most
recent billing statement showing name, billing address and credit card number
before orders can ship. Shipping costs are based on the actual weight
vs. the dimensional weight of the package (length x width x height ÷ 166),
whichever is largest, and the method of shipment. We have International UPS,
Air Parcel Post, DHL, Airborne, and Overseas Surface Parcel Post available to
you. Because there are a number of options available to us for shipping, it is
extremely important for our international customers to provide us with a
telephone number and/or fax number or e-mail address and your shipping address
for UPS delivery. We reserve the right to select an alternate carrier
for our customers if the delivery time is comparable and the cost of shipping
is lower priced. We will inform you of the shipping costs the day of shipping.
In addition to faster service, UPS Air, DHL and Airborne Express provide a
superior ability to track the location and progress of parcels in transit. Each
freight carrier has maximum size and weight limitations per box that may affect
the final choice of the shipping method. Our customer is responsible for customs
charges, VAT, taxes, and all other costs associated with delivery of purchases.

J&P Cycles® Return Policy is the Best in the
Industry!
We want you to be satisfied. Our return policy works like this: Return the
parts within 120 days Returns must be made within 120 days of invoice. Shipping
fees are not refundable. All returns must be in re-sellable or like-new
condition. Defective parts or parts sent to you in error will be exchanged or
refunded in full. Returns after the 120-day return period will be subject to a
10% restocking fee. See our special warranty notes on exhaust systems and gas
tanks.

How to Return an Order

Return the part in an appropriate sized box with the invoice number marked on
the outside.

Package the returned items properly.
When shipping merchandise back to us, please wrap the part(s), place in a
sturdy box and secure with tape. Do not leave the part(s) loose in the package.
Parts scratched or damaged in return shipping due to inadequate packaging will
not be accepted.

Include the completed return form with your return.

All returns must be sent pre-paid.
We strongly suggest you ship by U.S. Mail using the pre-paid return label or by
UPS Ground. All foreign returns must be authorized in advance. No collect
shipments will be accepted.
