Before you call or log-in
To speed your order and make your purchase as easy as possible, please make note of your motorcycle’s model description and year. It’s also a good idea to keep a record of modifications you made in the past that might affect the fitment of new parts. Have your credit card ready. Be sure of the card’s billing address and your shipping address. Finally, be ready to provide your email address, customer number and catalog key code (found on the back cover of your catalog) or coupon offer code, if available.

Paying for your purchase

Cash
To pay your J&P Cycles® order in CASH, follow these simple steps:

  1. Call J&P Cycles® at 1-800-397-4844 to place your order.
  2. Bring your J&P Cycles® transaction number and total cash payment to any Western Union® Agent location. (Total payment includes purchase amount and $7.00 Western Union® transaction fee per order.)
  3. Fill out the grey Western Union® Swiftpay form at the counter using your J&P Cycles® transaction number.
  4. Present the completed form and the total cash payment to the Western Union® Agent. J&P Cycles® will process your order as soon as the transaction information is received. For information on a Western Union® location near you, call 1-800-325-6000 or go to www.westernunion.com to “Find Agent Location” or ask your J&P Cycles® operator when placing your order. Cash orders must be paid within 5 business days or they will be canceled. Please allow 30 minutes between placing your order with a J&P Cycles® associate and sending payment.

Credit Cards
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Diners Club and the Western Union credit cards. International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, taxes and other costs in addition to the shipping charge.

Credit Card Security
First-time orders may be required to ship to the billing address for the first 30 days. First-time international customers may be required to fax to us the portion of their most recent billing statement showing name, billing address and last four digits of credit card number before orders can ship.

J&P Cycles® Gift Card
J&P Cycles® gift cards can be used on any purchase from J&P Cycles® and will not expire. They are available in any amount from $20 - $1000 and can be used by phone, fax, online, or in person. They can also be added to at any time. Simply call our customer service line and ask any sales rep for details.

Check-by-Phone
Check-By-Phone speeds your Electronic Funds Transfer. Besides your account and bank routing numbers (from the bottom of your check), we will need the next check number, street address, telephone number, birthdate, driver’s license number, and issuing state. These orders can often ship the same day. $5,000.00 maximum order.

By Mail
Use personal checks, money orders or cashiers checks. Do not send cash! Personal checks must have your name and address pre-printed. Also include street address and phone, hand-written if necessary. Without a street address and phone, or in the case of new account “starter” checks, orders will be held 11 business days for clearance (no exceptions). All orders paid with checks written on credit card accounts will be held 11 business days for clearance, no exceptions. Once your order and payment is received, please allow 7 to 10 business days for delivery, based on availability of parts. If this is your first order with J&P Cycles®, your payment may be subject to an 11 business day hold for clearance, for the first 30 days. Any check or money order returned unpaid will be charged an additional service fee. If ordering by mail, it is a good idea to call customer service for current pricing. C.O.D. Purchases
FIRST TIME CUSTOMERS: First time orders may not be paid by C.O.D. There is a waiting period of 30 days before a second order can be placed by C.O.D. C.O.D. orders are limited to a maximum of $500 per day. UPS no longer accepts cash payments. You must have a money order or certified check ready when your driver attempts delivery. C.O.D. orders cannot ship through the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). For convenience, C.O.D. packages can ship to your work address. C.O.D. packages returned to us or refused may prohibit further C.O.D. orders permanently. Sorry, C.O.D. is not available to the State of California.
