No minimum order required. No order is too small for us to fill and ship. See chart of shipping charges below. Shipping cutoff time is 3PM Eastern, Monday-Friday.

Standard Shipping

Free Ground Shipping only applies to order shipping to the contiguous U.S. and to APO/FPO addresses.
Lower 48 contiguous states only. Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands rates vary. We offer exclusive rates to allow shipping of more items to more locations! See below for additional rate information.

Shipping Methods

Our fulfillment centers process and ship orders 7 days a week, excluding holidays. For items shipping directly from vendors, processing occurs Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. This is reflected in an item's processing timeline which is noted throughout the shopping experience. Our order processing cut-off time is 3 PM ET. Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. For a more specific delivery ETA based on the exact item(s) you want to purchase, please call us at 1-800-318-4823 or message us via Chat before placing an order.

Standard Shipping - Delivery typically in one to five business days. Occasionally, some cross-country shipments may require more than five days.

Two Day - Delivery by the end of the second business day after an order has shipped. For example, if an order is shipped out on Monday, it will arrive on Wednesday. If the order is placed Monday night and ships out on Tuesday, it will arrive on Thursday.

Next Day - Delivery the next business day after an order has shipped. An order that ships out on Thursday with Next-Day delivery would be delivered on Friday. An order shipping out on Friday with Next Day delivery would arrive on Monday.

Shipping Changes

Shipping changes after an order is shipped, such as intercepts, address changes, and will call pick-up requests, are not always possible (depending on the carrier). Requests to change an address may be subject to a $20.00 fee per package, if accepted. J&P Cycles reserves the right to deny a request at any time.

Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been placed as they are immediately put into our automated fulfillment system. Once all the items have been shipped and received, please reach out to our Customer Service Team for help returning the order.

Package Refusals

If you choose to refuse your package, J&P Cycles may deduct all fees incurred from the refusal. These fees would be deducted from any refund owed, so that once the item is received and processed you will be refunded the total amount minus the Refusal/Return to Sender fees. This applies for domestic (US) and international orders. We strongly recommend reaching out to our customer service team if you have an issue, or setting up a return authorization where you can use our shipping label for only $9.99 (contiguous 48 States only).

PO Box Shipments

Orders shipping to PO Boxes may require 3-5 business days processing prior to shipment in order to ensure delivery via the US Postal Service. Please contact customer service for the most accurate delivery estimates. Additionally, certain oversize items may be restricted from delivery to a PO Box depending on the policies of the receiving facility.*

Military Shipping

J&P Cycles ships to all APO/FPO addresses to our military customers serving overseas. Military customers qualify for our free standard shipping rates. We cannot ship oversized items or hazardous items such as aerosols, chemicals, batteries and other regulated material to APO/FPO addresses.
Due to supplier limitations, please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.

Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico may ship with FedEx or the United States Postal Service. We offer both Air and Ground shipping options for Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico.

Air orders are expected to deliver in 2-4 days after shipment.
Ground orders are expected to deliver in 1-2 weeks after shipment, with longer times for outlying locations. Note that Ground orders to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico could ship via a plane or a boat and exact days in transit are not promised.

Orders shipping to all U.S. Territories, excluding Puerto Rico, will ship via the United States Postal Service. Orders shipping to U.S. Territories, excluding Puerto Rico, cannot be expedited.

Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order for all orders shipping outside of the contiguous United States.

Shipping Costs for Alaska and Hawaii

Air shipment fee is $75
Ground orders of $49.99 and over will qualify for free shipping.
Ground orders of less than $49.99 will ship for a $35 flat rate.

Shipping Costs for Puerto Rico

Air shipment fee is $75
Orders of $69.99 and over will qualify for free shipping
Orders of less than $69.99 will ship for a $7.99 flat rate

Shipping Costs for Guam and U.S. Virgin Islands

Orders of $99.95 and over will qualify for free shipping
Orders of less than $99.95 will ship for a $25 flat rate

International Shipping

Orders shipping to an International destination will ship using a variety of carriers from our fulfillment centers. Please allow an additional 3-5 business days to process your order.

Shipping cost to all locations is based on the actual weight or dimensional weight, whichever is applicable. For shipping charges simply add your items to the cart and select the country you are shipping too. It’s that easy!

Some brands may not be shipped to certain destinations due to manufacturer restrictions. If you have selected an item that cannot be shipped internationally we will inform you in the checkout process on our site. If you are visiting the US we can ship any product to your hotel or any FedEx store for pickup.

International customers must pay any customs charges, VAT, Taxes and other costs in addition to the shipping charge upon receipt of the shipment.

Delivery time frames are based on when the package leaves J&P Cycles. Areas requiring customs paperwork may experience a delay for processing. We do not guarantee shipping delivery dates.

Hazardous Items

Items designated as hazardous (such as paints and chemicals) may only be shipped via ground shipping to the contiguous 48 United States.

Tires

We are currently shipping tires to the 48 contiguous United States via Ground shipping.
Tires going to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico will ship via Air shipping, for a fee, but we are unable to ship ATV/UTV tires outside the 48 contiguous United States.

Oversize Items

Oversize items will ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. Oversize items will ship with Ground methods, with the exception of destinations in Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico shipping via Air methods. Oversized items include: ramps, fairings, motorcycle stands, fenders, street and dirt bike stands, certain full exhaust systems, street and cruiser handle bars, rims, seats, etc.
