How to submit a price match request:

Price match requests can be reviewed over the phone at  1-800-318-4823, through live chat, via an email request, or by visiting one of our three retail locations.  Please be prepared to provide proof (website page, email) of where you found the product.

Eligibility:

Only advertised prices on available merchandise can be matched.

• Product must be in stock.
• Product must be new condition - no used merchandise.
• Product must be the same model, size, color and year (if applicable).
• Item cannot be on sale, close-out or clearance.

Competitor must be an authorized U.S. Dealer.

• EBay Auctions and all other bidding websites are not eligible.
• Craigslist or Individual seller advertisements are not eligible.

All price match requests are handled at the sole discretion of J&P Cycles.

Order must be placed within same day match review is completed in order to qualify.
Price match does not include any applicable shipping, handling fees or taxes.
Sorry, but items priced less than $50 are not eligible to be price matched.
Price Matched items can NOT be combined with other promotions or discount codes.

• J&P Cycles Gold Club points are eligible to be earned on price matched purchases.  
• Price matched Items are still eligible for J&P Cycles promotions.
• We can only price match at the time of purchase (when order is placed), not after order has already been placed and processed. We cannot accept exchanges based on price.
