I wanted to go fast. Honestly I am a massive Sportster fan and I just wanted to show that we could compete against big twin motors that were literally twice as big as this little motor.
Roughly $5000 in parts put into a bike we paid $2900 for.
I built the bike in a week, probably 30 hours. Then blew it up on the dyno and put another 10 hours in fixing it.
The main fab work was in the manifold to mount the nitrous nozzles and in making a plate to mount the nitrous solenoids.
