We understand the frustration of ordering a part only to find it doesn't fit your vehicle. That's why we're proud to offer our Guaranteed Fit Program. When you purchase a part from us, you can buy with confidence knowing that if it's listed as an exact fit for your specific vehicle and doesn't fit, we'll take it back at no cost to you.

How the Guaranteed Fit Program Works

  1. Select Your Vehicle: To be eligible for this program, you must use our vehicle selector tool on the product page to tell us the exact year, make, and model of your motorcycle/utv/atv before adding the part to your cart.
  2. Look for the Exact Fit Badge: Once you have selected your vehicle, look for the Exact Fit badge on the product page. This badge indicates that the part is guaranteed to fit your specific vehicle. Make sure to check the specific Fitment Notes and Exceptions related to the part you're ordering if applicable.
  3. Order Your Part: Place your order as you normally would.
  4. Try the Fit: Once your part arrives, inspect the part visually (see if bolt holes line up or anything is out of place) then carefully attempt to install it on your vehicle. If you are unsure whether your part fits or not, please reach out to customer service for help before returning the part.
  5. Initiate a Return: In the unlikely event that the part does not fit your vehicle, simply start a return through our website within 30 days of the purchase date. Please select "Does Not Fit My Vehicle" as the reason for your return.
  6. Return the Part: We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label to return the part to us. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Program Details and Exclusions

  • Eligibility: The Guaranteed Fit Program is only valid for parts with the Exact Fit badge that are ordered after using our vehicle selector tool.
  • Condition of Returned Part: The returned part must be in like new, unused, and undamaged condition. We cannot accept returns for parts that have been modified or damaged. Please retain original packaging if possible.
  • Return Period: All returns under this program must be initiated within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Exclusions: This program does not cover incorrect parts ordered due to customer error (e.g., not using the vehicle selector tool), or if the part is not a direct fit replacement (e.g., tires, custom parts, universal parts, or parts for modified motorcycles). Shipping costs for the original order are non-refundable.
