Our ZX-6R is the perfect urban street missile. No wild customization because it isn't needed, the ZX-6R is a solid machine to start with. But the perfect amount of bolt on upgrades are just what the doctor ordered to finish things off and take it over the top. Ditching the bogus stock mirrors and exhaust is always top of the list, we picked up an extra few ponies by adding a PCV to the mix. New grips and bar ends were the perfect compliment to the CRG levers which added a racey look and better overall feel to the bike. Some adjustable rearsets put our feet in perfect position and a new chain and sprockets has us hitting shift points exactly where we want to. We tidied up the tail section moving our license plate to a less heinous position and swapping our rear turn signals out for a cleaner set. In the end we were set up with a wicked bike that is at home on the street or the track.
