We are offering a Guaranteed Holiday Delivery shipping option which ensures delivery on or before December 24, 2024. To qualify for the guaranteed delivery option, order between the dates below and select this shipping method during the Shipping Method portion (Step 2) of checkout (see below for eligibility details).

Starting Thursday, December 19, 2024 at 3 PM ET and ending at 11:59 AM ET on Monday, December 23, 2024. To confirm an item qualifies add it to your cart (Free for RPM Members).

Not all items can be guaranteed (e.g. an item only available from Italy!). To see if an item qualifies for the Guaranteed Holiday Delivery shipping option, simply add it to your shopping cart and look for a message under the item indicating whether it qualifies for the guarantee or not. If all items in your shopping cart qualify, then a Guaranteed Holiday Delivery option will be shown and must be selected during the Shipping Method portion (Step 2) of checkout.

• Guaranteed Holiday Delivery is available only for orders being shipped to locations within the contiguous 48 United States (for other locations contact Customer Service; we may still be able to get it to you in time).
• Orders shipping to a PO Box cannot be guaranteed.
• Orders with the Guaranteed Holiday Delivery shipping method selected are guaranteed to be shipped with a carrier-guaranteed delivery estimate of 12/24 or sooner.
• J&P Cycles will not be responsible for exceptions such as severe weather, accidents, broken trucks, "acts of god", or other reasons which cause one of our shipping carriers to delay a shipment. J&P Cycles only guarantees that we will ship the items with a method which shows a delivery date of 12/24 or sooner as estimated by the shipping carrier.
