worked great, fit right, as advertised!

pkurzenhauser on 1/13/2017

Good in theory, but they don't work well in this application. I put them on my 2008 Electraglide and yes, they emit more light, but they spray light all over, and don't focus it on the road. The lenses and reflectors for the original halogen bulbs were designed for a those bulbs as a point source (and the halogen H4 bulbs have a reflector on them too), but the LEDs are arrayed sideways, so most of their light doesn't hit the reflector or lens to get focused on the road, it just goes out the side. If you aren't willing to pay for a full LED driving lamp unit, I advise you to stick with standard bulbs.

Good in theory, but they don't work well in this application. I put them on my 2008 Electraglide and yes, they are brighter, but they spray light all over, instead of focused in a fan on the road. The lenses and reflectors for the original halogen bulbs were designed for a those bulbs as a point source (and the bulbs have a reflector on them too), but the LEDS are arrayed sideways, so most of their light doesn't hit the reflector or lens to get focused on the road. If you aren't willing to pay for a full LED driving lamp unit designed for LEDs, I advise you to stick with standard bulbs. NOTE: Some later driving lamp lens/reflectors might work better than mine, but you need to examine your lamps to determine that.
