Affordable and easy way to update your primary bearing. It seemed like it was very good quality and was very quiet on my first ride. The hardest part was getting the org. race off the shaft - ended up buying a specific puller and PB Blaster. Put the bearing in the freezer for two days before install and it helped.

Takes a special puller ot a lot of ingenuity to remove the old bearing inner race before installing the new bearing, but this is top of the line stuff.

This upgrade is worth every penny! It costs about half as much as the tools you would have to buy to remove the main shaft bearing inner race and install a new one. Once installed you never have to worry about an inner race walking in so far, that you have to take the transmission apart to get it off.

I need to find out if this is a ball bearing, or roller bearing. If it is a ball bearing I don't see how it can be more heavy duty than a needle bearing? as I understand bearings, the more surface contact the "roller" part has on the "race" part, the more heavy duty a bearing is. Balls have a very small contact area,a dot, while rollers or needles have a longer contact area, a line. Am I wrong?????

I like this much better than than having that bushing that you have to press on and off with a special tool.

This replacement for the standard bearing with this heavy duty twin ball bearing set up was an excellent choice I do however recommend that you get the polar to take the sleeve out I said we’re trying to manually and lemonade it it’s makes it much easier
