Baker Drivetrain 6 Speed Overdrive Gear Set For Harley
The Baker OD6 6 Speed Gear Set will drop into your factory transmission housing providing you with a crucial 6th gear that reduces engine speed by 500 RPMs at 80MPH. Reduce vibrations, save fuel and take comfort knowing that your motor is happy to run at highway speeds. The OD6 is a perfect choice for aggressive riders on bikes with built motors. Because the OD6 utilizes a true overdriven 6th gear, any sprocket can be used allowing a wide variety of gearing options.
The OD6 provides more than just economical highway cruising. All gearsets are made out of 8620 steel that is cut before heat treating then precision ground creating a gearset rated to 165ft/lbs of continuous torque! Baker utilizes a roller detent shift drum with reduced inertia and gear dogteeth with 4 degree undercut ramps to provide solid clutch engagement, necessary for modified powerplants.

- 6 speed gearset fits into stock and most aftermarket transmission housings
- 6061 billet aluminum bearing door features wider bearings and a bearing retainer plates
- Under-driven 1st through 4th gear make lower gears more usable in high horsepower applications
- Gear ratio of 2.94 1st gear and .86 6th gear
- Redundant Neutral Smooth Shift System
