These kits come complete with new (not remanufactured) components, including OEM replica piston(s), cylinder(s), rings, gasket sets, and necessary installation hardware. The kits feature pistons made by Vertex, heat treated, T-5 hardened, and tempered for durability, mirroring the exact specifications of the OEM pistons they replace, available in both cast and forged designs based on original factory requirements. The included cylinder sleeves are meticulously diamond-honed for exact bore dimensions and surface finish, ensuring optimal ring seal and oil retention. Cylinder Works Cylinder Kits are designed to match or surpass original equipment manufacturer (OEM) standards, effectively restoring stock horsepower and prolonging engine life.
