The Demon Powersports Xtreme Heavy Duty Tie Rod is designed to conquer the most challenging terrains with its race-spec qualifications that surpass standard OEM parts for both strength and durability. This tie rod is constructed from high-grade 7075 aluminum and comes with an oversized 1” hex design for superior handling of extreme forces and aggressive riding conditions. It is equipped with chromoly steel rod ends and 3-piece PTFE-lined heim joints for unrivaled performance, supported by a hefty 28,000 lb. radial static load rating. Enhanced with chrome and zinc plating for increased corrosion resistance and complete with stainless steel hardware, it is not only built to last but also to dominate every ride with ease and confidence.
