The Performance Elite Series 2.5 shocks from FOX are custom-made for UTV and Side-by-Side vehicles, designed to improve durability and offer extensive adjustability. These shocks enable riders to conquer diverse terrains with ease, featuring a 7/8” hard chromed shaft and a robust seal pack suited for extreme conditions. They come equipped with Dual Speed Compression (DSC) settings for fine-tuning damping to match both the terrain and individual riding styles. Riders can optimize traction with comprehensive rebound adjustments and adjust ride height using the preload collar. With 2.5-inch diameter aluminum bodies, these shocks effectively dissipate heat and enhance internal oil volume, leading to improved damping control via FOX’s advanced high-flow pistons. The addition of a piggyback reservoir increases oil capacity and incorporates an internal floating piston to maintain separation between the nitrogen charge and shock oil. The Bottom-out control (BOC) feature significantly increases compression damping during hard impacts, offering a smoother ride with superior small bump compliance and the resilience to absorb significant impacts.
