The Turbosmart IWG75 Wastegate Actuators redefine the possibilities for factory frame turbocharger performance. These upgraded components are engineered to deliver maximum boost responsiveness across the entire RPM spectrum.

The key advantages compared to standard equipment stem from the enhanced 'Working Ratio'. This improved ratio is a product of increasing the diaphragm's effective surface area and revision of the springs. This way, these actuators can better leverage the forces they're up against, boost and backpressure, yet remain responsive in operation. Substituting these actuators with the same base pressure as the factory specification not only makes boost come on sooner but also broadens the torque curve. Peak boost is not only achieved faster but is also held for longer, even at higher RPMs. These benefits can be magnified by using higher base pressures, although tuning & recalibration may be necessary.
