The Kryptonite 1012 Chain Lock is a heavy-duty 47" motorcycle / bike lock that features 10mm six-sided manganese steel links for strong cut resistance. The "1012" is the middle length available in the Evolution family. A patented end link secures directly to a hardened deadbolt, eliminating weak points. The high-security disc-style cylinder resists picking and drilling, housed in a reinforced oval crossbar. A sliding dust cover protects the lock mechanism, and a durable nylon sleeve prevents scratches. The Evolution Series includes three stainless steel keys, one with an LED lighted fob. The Key Safe Program offers online, through the mail key replacement if needed, and an Anti-Theft Protection Offer provides reimbursement if the lock is forcibly broken.
