With the Leatherworks Quick Mounts Saddlebag Mounting System, you can convert any hard-backed saddle bag into a secure quick-release bag. The Quick Mounts system includes steel brackets that mount permanently on your saddlebags. These brackets fit onto a set of discrete docking hardware pegs that remain on your fender strut allowing you to remove and install your bags in seconds.

A keyed mechanism ensures that no one is going to walk off with your luggage!

Features:

• Converts any hard-backed saddlebag into a quick release
• Steel brackets are application specific
• Includes all hardware necessary for installation
• Keyed attachment to the bike protects your investment
• Requires a flat-backed saddlebag, not compatible with concave or convex molded bags
• This bracket uses the front two holes that are 5 5/8" apart center to center
• Compatible with turn signals in stock location which is suitable for most mid-sized saddlebags

For Large Saddlebags:

• If using large saddlebags, your turn signals may need to be relocated to the license plate. 
• Rearward mounted turn signals are not compatible with this kit. Use alternate P994969.

Note: Installation requires drilling holes into saddlebags, but no permanent modification to the bike is required.
