The Merlin Buxton 2 Jacket is an insulated, waterproof riding jacket that falls right in the middle of waist length and three-quarter length tailoring. The Buxton 2 foregoes the bulky, traditional belt and instead uses a sleek, hourglass form to highlight the rider's waistline. In fact, this lack of frill also helps modernize the jacket's overall styling. This second iteration of the Buxton Jacket continues to feature the vintage-inspired waxed Halley Stevensons-sourced Scottish cotton shell that is backed by a waterproof and breathable Reissa membrane. The jacket sports CE Level 1 shoulder and elbow impact armor developed by D3O and includes a pocket for an optional back protector (sold separately). A removable, full-sleeve thermal liner makes this Buxton 2 Jacket a stout riding companion in even the coolest conditions.
