Nelson Rigg Hurricane Bag is a excellent choice when you need a compact bag that is waterproof and not limited to one type of attachment. It will fit onto a variety of crash bars, luggage racks, and seats with the universal mounting hook-and-loop straps and adjustable quick-release buckles. Installation is a snap.
