Voltiac 3 H2O Women's Jacket features , a fixed waterproof liner for the rain and a removable thermal liner for when temperatures start to drop. As far as protection is concerned you'll find included CE level 1 armor at the shoulders and elbows and space for an optional back protector (sold separately).
