Upgrade 1999-'06 models to 2007-'16 style oil pump (included) for better, more consistent oil pressure
S&S Cycle Hydraulic Cam Chain Tensioners -improved valve timing and chain life
Greatly improves low-end and midrange torque, strongest from idle-4000rpm
