The TecMate Portable Battery Tester is an essential tool for any vehicle owner, providing rapid assessments of battery charge levels. It efficiently determines whether the battery can start the engine and verifies the proper operation of the vehicle's charging system.

  • Plugs into an industry standard SAE 2 pin charge connector
  • Ideal for 12V lead-acid & 12.8V lithium LFP (LiFePO4) batteries
  • SAE charge port with weatherproof sealing cap 
  • Two automatic modes
    • Battery charge level monitor
    • Charging system test
  • Four LEDs indicate 'full to empty' voltage range for 12V batteries 
  • Blinks every 3 seconds for long-term monitoring with minimal draw
  • LED arrow mode activates at ideal charging voltage when bike is running(13.5V minimum, 14V+ ideal)
  • Durable 16AWG cable
  • Remains flexible in very low temperatures down to -40°F
