The Tour Master Caliber Pants are engineered for motorcycle enthusiasts, combining durability, comfort, and safety. The pants are crafted from abrasion-resistant 600D polyester shell, enhanced with 1000D nylon dobby in critical areas for superior wear resistance. They feature a waterproof yet breathable liner, complemented by a mesh comfort liner for optimal airflow. Adjustable for fit and equipped with a zip-out thermal liner, these pants ensure flexibility and warmth, thanks to stretch panels in the knees and a gusset in the crotch. Visibility is boosted with reflective prints. They boast an elastic waistband, adjustable waist belts with TPR pulls, and SAFE-TECH CE level-2 knee armor for protection, alongside a removable EVA hip pad. The full-length side-entry zipper and an 8” jacket-to-pant attachment zipper, both from YKK, ensure convenience and compatibility with other gear.
