The Tourmaster Zephyr Mesh Pants are engineered for warm-weather touring, offering riders a blend of cooling airflow, durability, and comfort. Crafted with a 450D ripstop stretch polyester chassis and large R1 mesh panels, these pants ensure direct air circulation and strong performance for daily rides. Additionally, 600D ripstop stretch nylon knee overlays with a protective laminate boost abrasion resistance, and a DWR coating repels water and stains. For safety, the pants feature CE-certified Armanox™ Phoenix soft flex armor at the knees and hips, providing Level 2 impact protection that seamlessly conforms to the rider's movements.

The Zephyr Mesh pants also come with a detachable waterproof and thermal liner for adaptability in cooler or rainy conditions. Designed with slightly pre-curved and rotated legs for riding comfort and stretch panels for freedom of movement, they offer practicality with large hand and cargo pockets. Visibility is enhanced with 3M® Scotchlite™ reflective accents.
