BDD Custom Black Slot Luggage Rack for 2-Up Seats

The rack seems reasonably well made, but it doesn't fit the 2012 Victory Cross bikes correctly. When mounted per the instructions, the rack slops downward toward the back of the bike. There is simply no way to mount it such that this won't be true other than drilling new mounting holes in the rack. OBB's customer service was less than helpful, including recommending that I mount it "as shown in the picture" he sent, in which the saddlebag mount (off the bike) was held up to the rack facing backwards. When I pointed this out, he simply sent the exact text of the original instructions again. The final "resolution" from them was, "If that still doesn't work, return it."
