Improve your vision and visibility with motorcycle driving lights for J&P Cycles. A new motorcycle driving lights kit looks great on the front of your bike -- even when it’s parked! But once you turn the key and they come on, you’ll see the road much better. In addition, these driving lights help other drivers see you for greater safety. We also stock motorcycle spotlights that are ideal for off-road applications. You’ll find the perfect style that fits the look and attitude of your bike. Discover the best motorcycle driving lights from top manufacturers like Show Chrome, Kuryakyn, Pathfinder, Letric Lighting, HogWorkz, and more. Then complete your lighting setup with Motorcycle Accent Lighting and Motorcycle Fender Lighting direct from J&P Cycles.

Motorcycle Driving Lights FAQ's

What's the benefit of adding driving lights to my motorcycle?
There are two huge benefits: seeing and being seen. A good set of auxiliary driving lights (or "fog lights") will light up a much wider, brighter patch of road at night. Just as importantly, they create a "triangle" of light with your headlight, making you much more visible to cars both at night and during the day.

Are LED or Halogen driving lights better?
LED is the clear winner. LED driving lights are incredibly bright, use a tiny fraction of the electricity that old halogen bulbs do, and last practically forever. They also produce a "whiter" light that does a better job of lighting up the road. It's one of the best electrical upgrades you can make.

Are motorcycle driving lights legal to use?
Yes, as long as you use them correctly. Most driving lights are legal to use with your low-beams. If they are super bright, high-power lights, you should treat them like your high-beams and turn them off for oncoming traffic so you don't blind other drivers.

Where is the best place to mount driving lights?
The best place to mount them is on your forks, on an engine guard, or on a "light bar" under your main headlight. You want them low and to the sides of your headlight. This creates a "triangle of visibility" that makes it much easier for other drivers to see you and judge your speed.
