Description

Description for Progressive Suspension Stock Length Fork Spring Kit

• The 'Original' Progressive Rate Fork Springs soak up the small road bumps, yet are firm enough to absorb the molar-rattling ones

• Spring rates have been chosen to reduce front end "dive" during braking, yet still provide excellent ride comfort

• Lifetime fork spring warranty

• Progressive Rate Fork Springs have several advantages over straight rate springs, advantage of a rising rate resistance to compression this helps in varying road conditions from small road imperfections to pothole filled roads

• The benefit of this is progressive spring rate is that the spring can be soft enough at the start of the travel to offer a "plush" ride, yet be firm enough at the end of the travel to soak up the big bumps

• Ideal performance improvement when installing chrome lower forks

• They eliminate sag, reduce nose dive under braking, improve stability and increase ride comfort

• Sold in sets that include correct spacers for the application

BRIAN on 10/1/2019

Replaced stock fork springs on my 2015 FLTRUSE with these. Noticeable improvement with smoother dampening. Would highly recommend!

Good grips more red than in the picture will have to cut clutch side down to fit older bikes per instructions

jagdyamics on 6/12/2019

I am totally amazed about these springs and I will tell you why. A week ago, I have installed an outstanding high quality Arlen Ness Method Fork Brace and decided to change my fork oil to Belray 10W for faster rebound. The problem with Belray 10w oil is the nose dive I was getting using lower weight fork oil. I read all the reviews on these springs about how these progressive springs has eliminated the nose dives and the reviews were absolutely correct. My front end suspension is perfect now with a superb smooth ride. So, if you want a superb front end suspension, I would install a fork brace, these progressive springs and try out the Belray 10w fork oil. If the Belray 10w is just a tab to low, the 15w will definitely be in your ball park range. Good Day!

ROBERT on 6/11/2019

Fit perfectly just as thought it would

Mbob11 on 6/5/2019

Excellent upgrade for the money.

DON on 5/20/2019

Progressive is always great.

pjlerohl on 5/19/2019

Perfect upgrade for that tired stock set of forks! Well worth the money. Installation will require you to remove the fork tubes - not very difficult, but takes some time and planning. Make sure you know your torque specs and have the right tools, etc. On a Softail you will also need to remove your headlight and nacelle to access the fork pinch bolts on the lower triple tree. It's a great opportunity to polish your fork tubes off the bike, replace riser bushings and slider covers if need be. The bike handles so much better with these springs - feels like a new bike!

BULL on 5/6/2019

Put these on 16 Road King , love them ! Stiffens up the ride just enough to make it feel great in the curves and dampen the bumps.
