• These systems use magnetic rotors with OEM-style mechanical advance spark mechanisms to retain factory advance curves and eliminate points and condensers by replacing the points ignition with a high-performance dual or single-fire system

• Mechanical advance unit assembly needed for installation if one is not present

Easy to install and set up. Works great!!

I've been running a dyna on my 93 FLSTF since the day I bought it new. Even with cam changes the timing is always right. I'm putting it in the S&S motor the old girl's getting. Just keep the advance unit lubricated and you'll have a long lasting, reliable ignition. I'm on my second unit and it's been in there since the late 90's!

The old bulky module stopped working so I bought this ignition after a little research. everything is working great and the old shovel it back on the road. don't be like me though, don't forget to order the mechanical advance also.

Just what I needed to get my shovel back on the road.

The stock ignition on my '98 883 quit on me, so I decided to give this one a try. The instructions are clear and easy to follow. It was not not quite a drop in replacement. It does not use the VOES switch, and I ended up replacing a couple of connectors with eyelets. The whole installation, removing the old and installing the new, took about two hours. The ignition works like a charm and I'm back on two wheels.
