If you're looking for the easiest way to manage your fuel system for the best motorcycle performance, it's here. The ThunderMax ECM With AutoTune Closed Loop System is the high-tech way to manage every aspect of your fuel curve for the best throttle response available in an aftermarket fuel system manager. It mounts conveniently in place of your factory ECM and plugs into your existing harness, and uses a closed-loop control system to continuously self-adjust and properly tune the motorcycle's air/fuel ratio for all riding conditions. The ThunderMax has hundreds of maps available to download for your bike. Choose based on model, engine size, exhaust system air cleaner, pistons, cams, and more. Then, load the map of your choice and the integral auto-tune will do the rest. You can adjust the idle speed, rev limit and speedometer calibration, front and rear cylinder AFR maps, ignition timing (spark) maps, and startup maps, all without dyno tuning. It works with all popular exhaust systems, is compatible with high-performance camshafts, and supports turbo, nitrous and supercharger applications. The software allows live monitoring, recording and examination of diagnostic codes and datalogs including number of starts, engine temperature and RPM operation. Easy installation and tech support, free software and updates included. Includes ThunderMax ECM with Auto-Tune Module, plug-in harness and two wide-band sensors, TMax software and communication USB cable, Quick-Start Easy Install and comprehensive user's manual, technical support and free software and updates. Will require the use of an exhaust system with 18mm sensor bungs or head pipes must be modified to accept 18mm sensors.

I did not realize it was 11 to 14 days for processing, I wish I ordered this from fuel moto for $799 instead of $899 fuel moto also will pre program it to your bike specifications before sending it so you can just plug it in and ride.

Thunder max should be called WOOP ASS. On the way to dyno, eyes in a corner I go thru every weekend,next thing I know feels like I’m in one of those 1984 911 turbos with no traction control that killed at least two drs I knowed And one stockbroker I was in third gear using one of them caned maps for my 131 ci limited Started to accelerate out of corner and bam spun the tire drug the floor board bracket (more then usual Trouper said bike slid 192 ft I know it flipped once and took out a sign that things bad ass

Awesome product! I was a little apprehensive picking the right map to load as I have many modifications on my engine. Once loaded it’s been running great and I’m still putting some miles on it to see how the tune goes.

well not so good on this item I got to send it back to manufacture cause it won't take a basemap and start the bike and pretty pricey to have that issue out of box new

Love ThunderMax autotuners!! I've used them in the past with great results. Yes the up front expense is a bit steep, but it gives you the freedom to change what ever you want on your bike without the hassle of bringing into a shop to get dynotuned every time you change your muffler or head pipe or cams or whatever. I will always run these on my EFI bikes.
