When i learned i could not replace my stock seat on a recently aquired 2006 Sportster 1200 Low (~ 35,000 mi) after a long first days ride, it was do something or go home; my butt was that sore! Can't remember his name but a J&P parts man saved my trip. Nothing in the Ormond, Fl store would fit my ride. The parts man came up with a cushion made by “Wild Ass”. Turned in to the best thing next to a proper replacement. Two small problems witth it: 1) air would allow a shifting back and forth on top of origional saddle. 2) after a few days and some severe bumps near the Fl Ga border, it started to leak! As i felt i had caused the problem, not the product by over filling, i accepted responsilility and would refill it every so often, near the end of my 1783 mile ride my butt was much better and the “ Wild Ass” only needed air about every 150 to 175 miles, or when I got gas.
