The jacket's stretch construction incorporates Mugello stretch fabric inserts, offering flexibility and resistance for dynamic movement. Adjustable hips, arms, wrists, and neck ensure a personalized fit, while a removable thermal lining provides warmth. Ventilation systems across the chest, back, and sleeves offer airflow control. The Carve Master 4 is AA certified, equipped with Pro-Armor Level 2 protectors on elbows and shoulders, and reinforced with PU/plastic shoulder plates for enhanced safety. It also has a pocket for a back protector, and is compatible with the Dainese Smart Air airbag using D-air® technology. Practical features include two external waterproof pockets, a zipper for pant attachment, and a convenient card pocket on the wrist, making it an iconic choice for enduring comfort and performance on long journeys.
