The Flatlink XTV provides an enhanced alternative for UTV and ATV winch owners who prefer a more safe and durable shackle/D-Ring replacement to the traditional winch hook. The typical loose/tight cycles of a winching recovery often cause winch hooks to sever and fray recovery straps, and frequently permit strap ends to slip away. However, this issue is effectively eliminated by screw pin shackles due to their secure screw pin attachment that prevents strap loops from escaping. The Flatlink XTV ensures a swift installation process that eliminates the need for splicing and is compatible with either steel cables or synthetic ropes up to 5/16 inches.
