Gerbing's Thermite Fleece is crafted from a plush pile, achieved through extensive napping with wire brushes. It is a dual-sided pile fleece which creates the perfect balance between effective insulating properties and lightness in weight. This fabric is not only known for its warmth and softness but also for its hydrophobic qualities, holding less than 1% of its weight in water. It keeps much of its insulating properties, even when damp. Speaking of its longevity, the polyester fleece in this product outstands its synthetic counterparts by resisting pilling, even after prolonged use. To elevate looks while preserving functionality, the fleece has been updated with a honeycomb design, offering a distinct appearance.
