Free Exchange Policies

 

J&P Cycles strives for 100% Customer Satisfaction in getting you the right product(s).

 

  • IMPORTANT NOTE: Both your original and replacement item must be eligible for our Free Exchange program (indicated on respective product pages) – includes closeout and clearance items as applicable.
  • Your Exchange must be for like items (e.g. helmet for helmet, not helmet for chaps).
  • Your exchange item(s) must be returned using our Prepaid Return Label (see steps below).
  • Only Exchanges shipped within the contiguous United States are eligible.
  • You will not be charged for shipping if you use the Prepaid Return Label (Standard Ground Shipping method). If you choose not to use the Prepaid Return Label, you will be responsible for any associated shipping fees.
  • Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge – please call our Customer Service Center at 1-800-318-4823 to inquire.
  • Additional items cannot be added to a replacement (Free Exchange) order.
  • Price differences will be charged or refunded to the original form of payment.
  • Your Exchange must be made within 120 days of original purchase date and the returned item(s) must be in new condition.

 

Steps Required to Complete a FREE EXCHANGE:

 

  1. Visit www.jpcycles.com/returns
  2. IMPORTANT NOTE: You must select the UPS return shipping method
  3. Log In or Look Up your order
  4. Download & Print the “Return Form”
  5. Fill out the Return Form and make sure to check the EXCHANGE box for each applicable item
  6. Include completed Return Form in your return shipment box
  7. Make sure to return item(s) in original packaging with all original tags, accessories, and components
  8. Download & Print your Prepaid Return Label and apply it to outside of the box
