Motorcycle Seats & Backrests

If a long day in the saddle leaves you hurting, it’s time for an upgrade. The plethora of motorcycle seats for riders and/or passenger you’ll find at J&P Cycles makes this project a breeze. Aftermarket motorcycle seats include pillions for passengers plus backrests if you’re a 2-up rider.

Need a reason to install aftermarket motorcycle seats? Read on!

- Whether it’s leather or something synthetic, the material that covers your seat foam can crack and wear out over time. Aftermarket motorcycle seats offer the perfect opportunity to install something that suits your style a bit more than what came from the factory.

- Long-haul tourers who munch miles on the highway rightly want something that’s plush while not being too soft. Design elements seen in leading seats — including foam and gel inserts, polyurethane molds and marine-grade baseplates all wrapped up in stylish stitching — offer up the proof of performance. If you’re wondering what is the most comfortable motorcycle seat, the answer can be found in our inventory.

- Riders who want to keep their passenger happy can lean on a backrest to provide crucial support during challenging rides. An effective backrest is one that bolts up easily and adds a nice accent to the rest of your ride while offering a stable and tall platform to rest against. In the same vein, motorcycle pillions are an option for those who want to provide their 2-up partner with a pad to sit on. It’s a nice accent to a backrest that offers an extra layer of comfort that doesn’t take up much room and is an easy add-on.
