Order Received: Your order has been placed, and your credit card has been authorized (but not yet charged) for the amount of your order. While in "Order Received" status, orders can still be updated or canceled. An order may show "Order Received" for as little as 10 minutes or as long as 8 hours (longer if it is a weekend). Typically, though, an order placed on a business day will be processed as quickly as possible in an attempt to have it shipped out the same day.

Order Processed: The order has been processed by our logistics department and sent to our warehouse(s) to be fulfilled. Once an order is marked "Order Processed," it cannot be modified or canceled. Cancellations will fall under our standard Return Policy and may be subject to restocking fees, if applicable.

Please Note: Orders marked "Order Processed" will change to "Shipped" status the morning after the order actually shipped. It is at this time that the previous day's tracking numbers are assembled, shipping notification emails are sent, credit cards are charged and order statuses are updated.

Shipped: All items on the order have shipped out and tracking numbers have been sent by email or are available through your order history on our website. To view tracking numbers log into the my account section using your email and password and view your past orders.

Partially Shipped: One or more items are still awaiting their tracking numbers to become available, while others have shipped out. This is typically the case when all items are not available to be shipped in one box from a single warehouse or a product of a multiple product order has become out of stock. In the case of the latter you will hear from us immediately.

Held (Under Review): Order has been temporarily withheld from being processed, which may happen for a number of reasons. Usually, though this happens when we detect there might be a problem with an order and we are trying to get in touch with the customer. If you are unsure why your order is being held, please feel free to contact us.

Canceled: We have canceled your order. Your items will not be sent to you and you will not be charged. Note, though, that when your order was originally placed, a hold or "authorization" was placed on your card for the amount of the order. This may appear on your online statement, but will disappear on its own within 2-4 business days.
