Q)  What is the Riders Preferred Membership (RPM) program?
A)  RPM is, at its core, a loyalty program for RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear customers that rewards you for purchases made across three retailers. It comes with loads of additional benefits, like purchase discounts, free shipping, free returns, exclusive promotions, early access to sales, and more. Membership is only $39.99 a year (plus tax).
 
Q) What are the benefits of RPM subscription?
AA) RPM benefits include:

Q) Will the RPM program replace RevZilla ZillaCash?
A) No, RevZilla ZillaCash will remain available, though we are making some changes which are discussed here.  However, if you are a ZillaCash user and you decide to join RPM, all of your ZillaCash will be automatically converted to RPM Cash of an equal value, and you’ll also get a ton of other benefits that come with being an RPM subscriber.
 
Q) How do I join RPM?
A) You can join RPM online or in stores. Membership requires you to provide us with an email address and other information described in the application form. The information you provide is subject to our Privacy Policy.  
 
Q) How do I cancel my RPM subscription?

A) Your RPM subscription is set to automatically renew 12 months after your initial purchase. To cancel auto-renewal, simply log into your account and turn off the auto-renew option. Be sure to cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged. To do this,  log in on cyclegear.com, navigate to Account Home in the top right hand side of the site, scroll to the Riders Preferred Membership section, and click "Disable Auto-Renew." This will disable your enrollment in Auto-Renew. You can re-enroll anytime by selecting “Enable Auto-Renew”

We will send a reminder email approximately 30 days before your membership anniversary with instructions on how to cancel if you choose not to renew.
 
Q) How do I link RevZilla and Cycle Gear accounts to my RPM subscription purchased through J&P Cycles?
A) You must log in to the RevZilla and J&P Cycles websites and navigate to “My Account.” From there, you can link the accounts directly to your membership and access your benefits at the other websites. You may also contact Customer Service if you need assistance.
 
Q) How is RPM Cash earned?
A) Subscribers earn 5% cash back on all qualifying purchases from RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear. The updated balance will appear in your account when your order ships. There is no minimum purchase amount to earn RPM Cash
 
Q) Can I earn RPM Cash in stores or only online?
A) RPM Cash can be earned online and in-store at RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear.
 
Q) Are there any restrictions on earning or redeeming RPM Cash?
A) Yes, some purchases (such as gift certificates) are not eligible for earning RPM Cash.  Additionally, there are certain products and services that do not qualify for earning RPM Cash and/or cannot be purchased using RPM Cash. For the current full list of excluded products and services, please click here.  This list may change from time to time.

Please do not abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than two) of the same or similar item with the intention of returning the majority of your order. Please contact Customer Service if you are unsure of sizing or application for any items prior to placing your order and we will be happy to help you narrow it down! If this policy is abused, we can charge a returning fee, restocking fee, or refuse service.
 
Q) How do I redeem my RPM Cash?
A) RPM Cash can be redeemed at checkout in-store and online at RevZilla, J&P Cycles, and Cycle Gear. For online purchases, you must log into your account before finalizing your payment method to apply your RPM Cash to a purchase.

At checkout, you will have the option to apply all, none, or some of your available RPM cash. Simply check the "Redeem Cash" box and enter a valid amount.  For in-store purchases, simply provide your email address to the cashier, who can look up your account and apply your RPM Cash.

RPM Cash works on a dollar-for-dollar basis: $1.00 of RPM Cash can be used for in-store purchases and online for a $1.00 USD discount from the purchase price of eligible products. RPM Cash can be used in addition to credit cards, debit cards, cash, gift certificates, or any other accepted payment method.
 
Q) What happens to my RPM Cash if I return an item?
A) Purchases on which you earned RPM Cash:
Any RPM Cash earned from a later returned purchase will be deducted from your account. As a result, it’s possible your RPM Cash account could have a negative balance if you use your RPM cash before the merchandise is returned.
Purchases made with RPM Cash:
If you return merchandise that was purchased entirely or partially with RPM Cash, we will transfer the RPM Cash back into your RPM Member account.
 
Q) What happens to my RPM Cash if all or part of my order is cancelled?
A) If RPM Cash is awarded for a purchase and the item is canceled from your order before shipping, you will not be charged and will not receive RPM Cash for that item.
 
Q) Can I use RPM Cash with other rewards, promotions, or discounts?
A) RPM Cash can be redeemed along with other rewards, promotions, and discounts.  RPM Cash is earned based on the final amount paid for an item (not including taxes, shipping, processing charges, etc.), but after all other discounts are applied.  Purchases made using gift certificates are eligible for RPM Cash.

Q) Can I share or transfer my Riders Preferred Membership or my RPM Cash to someone else?
A) No. To make sure every rider gets the full benefit of their membership, RPM is just for the individual who joined. Memberships can’t be gifted, transferred, or shared with others. If friends or family want to enjoy the same savings and perks, they’ll need their own RPM membership.

Your RPM Cash, benefits, and membership are not transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or assigned to anyone else.  Any attempts to transfer RPM benefits will immediately invalidate your membership. You can always use your RPM Cash to purchase merchandise as a gift for someone else.
 
Q) How do I access free REVER Pro?
A) To unlock your REVER PRO account at 50% off, please review your email for the REVER coupon code. If you’re having trouble finding it, reach out to [email protected], where a team member will help you redeem your code.
 
Q) What if I already had REVER Pro before joining RPM?
A) If you previously purchased REVER Pro through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel your subscription through the App Store. Then, you should reach out to [email protected] directly, where one of our specialists will set you up with your new, discounted REVER Pro subscription.
 
Q) What if I have REVER Pro and have not joined RPM yet but would like to?
A) If you previously purchased REVER Pro through the App Store or Google Play, please cancel your auto-renew subscription through the App Store to avoid additional unnecessary charges. You can order REVER Pro at 50% off by contacting our support team at [email protected] or by visiting a.rever.co/subscription for additional support. The subscription will automatically connect with your RPM account.
 
Q) Are there restrictions on 2-day shipping for RPM subscribers?
A) Yes. RPM subscribers receive free 2-Day shipping on orders shipped within the continental United States. This benefit is not available for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international addresses.

Certain items are excluded from 2-Day shipping, including hazardous materials (e.g., chemicals, batteries, pressurized containers) and air-restricted items. Additional charges may also apply for oversized or other restricted products. Qualifying items will be clearly noted on the product display page and again during checkout.

2-Day shipping is based on business days (Monday–Friday). Holidays, Saturdays, and Sundays are not included. Please note that 2-Day shipping does not reduce the item’s lead time for processing; the arrival date shown is estimated, not guaranteed. Free 2-Day shipping is not available for Ship to Store or Pick Up In Store orders.

Q) Are there restrictions on free returns for RPM subscribers?
A) Yes. RPM subscribers receive free standard (UPS) return shipping on orders shipped within the continental United States (not applicable in Alaska / Hawaii / U.S. Territories). Additional charges may apply for oversized items, heavy items, hazardous materials, and other items that require specialty shipping. Customers must be able to print their label or have email access to forward the label to their local shipping location. You may also return your parts and gear in-store at any of our 160+ locations nationwide — Cycle Gear, RevZilla, or J&P Cycles.

Q) How do I access RPM discounts on Twisted Road Rentals?
A) You should expect an RPM welcome email. Inside, we’ll provide you with a link to access your first deal with Twisted Road and authenticate your membership by creating an account with Twisted Road using your RPM email address. They will provide you with a discount code for your first rental, and then the 15% off every ride after that will be automatically applied to your account at checkout on Twisted Road. If you missed this email for whatever reason, get in touch with customer service and we’ll get things sorted out for you.
 
Q) What are RPM Event Perks?
A) RPM subscribers occasionally receive invitations to exclusive events via email.  Please follow the instructions in your invitation email to register for an event. Because space is limited, prior registration is required. If an event books to capacity, a waitlist will be created and you will be notified of any availability. RPM subscribers may also receive free or discounted access to events, VIP tent access, free swag, or promotional items when attending events.
 
Q) Can I join RPM if I am not a resident of the United States?
A) No, RPM is only open to United States residents at the current time.
 
Q) Is there a minimum age for becoming a RPM member?
A) Yes.  You must be 16 or older to join RPM.
 
Q) Are employees eligible to be RPM members?
A) No.  Employees of Comoto, RevZilla, J&P Cycles, Cycle Gear, and REVER are not eligible for Riders Preferred Membership.
 
Q) Where can I go to find my RPM account information?
A) Your RPM “My Account” page is your destination for everything RPM-related.  You can view your Year-To-Date activity, RPM Cash balance, past purchases, returns, member exclusive promotions, select store services, brand discounts, and all sorts of other awesome benefits here.  To access this page, simply login to your RPM account on any of our websites.
 
Q) Does RPM Cash expire?
A) It does. Any RPM Cash earned on or after March 15, 2022, will expire 30 days after your subscription expires. All RPM Cash earned prior to March 15, 2022, will not expire. If your subscription is renewed before the 30-day cash expiration window, however, the balance will carry over with your renewed subscription.

Negative RPM Cash balances also carry over from expired to renewed accounts (regardless of the time passed between expiration).

As discussed below under the FAQs on termination and cancellation, there may also be circumstances where the RPM program or your membership is terminated, canceled, or changed, which could impact the availability of RPM benefits, including RPM Cash.      
 
Q) Can Comoto terminate my membership?
A) We reserve the right to terminate your Riders Preferred Membership, without notice, for any reason, at any time, at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, our belief that your continued use of your membership would violate the terms and conditions of the RPM program, applicable law, or otherwise be harmful to our interests. In the event we terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund, full or partial, of your membership fee.
 
Q) Can Comoto cancel or change the RPM program without notice?
A) We may terminate part or all of the RPM program, and any or all of the benefits associated with the program, without notice, for any reason, at any time, at our sole discretion. In the event we terminate part or all of the RPM program we may, at our discretion, either maintain your RPM Cash and benefits until your current membership term expires or refund your points and a pro rata portion of your membership fee for the remaining portion of the your membership term.
 
Q) Can I cancel my membership after I enroll?
A) No, membership in RPM is provided for a full one-year term. After purchase, membership may not be canceled, returned, or rescinded. Toward the end of your annual term, you will be notified via email and have the option to re-enroll for another year. If you do not choose to re-enroll, your membership in RPM and the benefits associated with membership will terminate.
