A: Members get free 2-day shipping and free returns on qualifying items all year long.
- Riders Preferred Members receive Free 2-Day Shipping on all qualifying items shipped within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international orders).
- Some products are not eligible for 2-Day Shipping — including but not limited to:
- Items marked as hazardous materials (e.g., aerosols, batteries, fuel-related products)
- Oversized or overweight items (e.g., tires, stands, hard luggage, ramps)
- Orders shipped from a vendor or partner warehouse rather than a J&P Cycles distribution center
- Any product explicitly marked as ineligible for 2-Day Shipping on its product page or at checkout
- All qualifying orders placed before the daily shipping cutoff will ship using a 2-Day service. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays or weather-related events.
