Fox Factory has adapted its race-proven, position-sensitive damping technology from the realm of trophy trucks for direct use in UTVs / Side-by-Sides. This includes a larger shock bore diameter to reduce fading and employs velocity-sensitive damping to increase resistance during repetitive impacts. The design features lightweight aluminum bodies and reservoirs, ensuring peak performance without extra bulk. Customization is made easy with independent high- and low-speed compression adjusters, broad-range rebound adjusters, and a dual-rate spring package with adjustable crossover rings for optimal performance tuning. FOX's Internal Bypass technology (IBP) offers variable damping based on the piston's position within the shock, ensuring smoother handling over varied terrain and enhanced protection against bottoming out or topping out, providing a balanced and controlled driving experience across challenging surfaces.
