Fox Factory has evolved trophy truck damping technology for direct bolt-on application to UTVs/Side-by-Sides. This enhancement amplifies shock resistance against fading through an enlarged shock bore diameter and employs velocity-sensitive damping for consistent impact resistance. The construction boasts aluminum bodies and reservoirs, minimizing weight without compromising on performance. Fine-tuning suspension settings is facilitated by independent high- and low-speed compression adjusters, extensive-range rebound adjusters, and an adjustable dual-rate spring package with crossover rings, catering to optimum performance setup. The innovative Internal Bypass technology (IBP) modifies damping based on piston movement within the shock, offering lighter damping mid-stroke for smoother navigation over rough terrains, while significantly increasing damping at full compression to prevent bottoming out at high speeds, and enhancing damping at full extension to protect against topping out damage.
