Fox Factory introduces a revolutionary upgrade for UTV/Side-by-Side enthusiasts with its race-derived position-sensitive damping technology, previously exclusive to the trophy truck arena. This direct bolt-on replacement shock offers an extended bore diameter to guard against fade and employs velocity-sensitive damping for enhanced resistance against constant impacts. Crafted with lightweight aluminum for both the body and reservoirs, it ensures top-tier performance without adding unnecessary weight. This technology is complemented by independent adjustment features for high and low-speed compression, wide-range rebound modification, and a dual-rate spring system with adjustable crossover rings, allowing users to finely tune their suspension settings for optimal performance. At its core, FOX's patented Internal Bypass technology (IBP) innovatively adjusts damping based on the shock piston's position, offering softer damping in the middle stroke for smoother navigation over uneven terrain while significantly hardening at the extremes to prevent bottoming out or damage from topping out, ensuring a balanced, high-performance ride under various conditions.
