Fox Factory has introduced a groundbreaking upgrade for UTVs/Side-by-Sides by incorporating position-sensitive damping technology directly from the trophy truck arena into a direct bolt-on replacement shock. This innovation features an enlarged shock bore diameter to hinder fading, alongside velocity-sensitive damping that escalates resistance force during repeated impacts. Crafted with lightweight aluminum bodies and reservoirs, these shocks reduce weight without compromising on performance. They are equipped with independent high- and low-speed compression adjusters, wide-range rebound adjusters, and a true dual-rate spring package with adjustable crossover, enabling precise suspension tuning for peak performance. Leveraging FOX’s proprietary Internal Bypass technology (IBP), these shocks offer variable damping control based on piston travel within the shock. This delivers softer damping in the shock's middle stroke for a smoother ride over uneven terrain, while significantly increasing damping at the extremes to prevent bottoming out at high speeds or damage from topping out, ensuring optimal handling and stability in all conditions.
